The house with an apartment is located in the center of the ancient town of Komarno on the banks of the Danube on the border with Hungary. On the other side of Denai is the Hungarian town of Komarom.

Our partner bought an apartment from the previous owner, carried out general repairs and comprehensive reconstruction of the apartment.

At the request of the buyer, the walls of the rooms can be painted in the desired color, retrofit the apartment, purchase, and install new furniture.

The re-registration of the apartment to the new owner will be carried out within 7 days.

Neighbourhood
Quiet green neighborhood. To the historical center of the city 15 minutes on foot, to the Hungarian town of Komarom on the other bank 25 minutes on foot.
20 minutes walk to the pool with thermal waters.
The house is located near the motorway to Bratislava and the railway station, from which trains run to Hungary and Slovakia. Not far from the house there are shops, ateliers of various services, a school, a kindergarten, a post office, etc.

15 km from Komarno there is a popular resort with thermal springs of Patince - Patince with a 4-star hotel and Wellness center, modern swimming pools, saunas, massage parlors, sports and recreation areas, fishing lakes, comfortable rooms and halls for commercial negotiations. The prices of services are low. Russians have not discovered this wonderful resort yet, there are few guests from Russia.

Komarno has a very convenient geographical location – it is located near European capitals:

- Bratislava is 100 km away,
- Vienna is 160 km away.
