Quiet green neighborhood in the center of Komarno. The Hungarian town of Komarom on the other bank is a 20-minute walk away.

The house is located near the motorway to Bratislava and the railway station, from which trains run to Hungary and Slovakia. Not far from the house there are shops, ateliers of various services, a school, a kindergarten, a post office, etc.

15 km from Komarno there is a popular resort with thermal springs of Patince - Patince with a 4-star hotel and Wellness center, modern swimming pools, saunas, massage parlors, sports and recreation areas, fishing lakes, comfortable rooms and halls for commercial negotiations. The prices of services are low. Russians have not discovered this resort yet, there are few guests from Russia.
