We can offer you excellent discounts for long term rentals and there are also conditions for price increases.
For example:
* If 10 or more people arrive, the price will be increased by 10%.
* At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of the cost of the planned stay is required. If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days before arrival, the advance payment is not refundable.
* Security deposit. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is payable upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out, taking into account possible damage to the property.
* Cleaning service is extra. The final cleaning fee is 250€ prior to arrival. Cleaning on request - 15€ per hour.


Excellent location, in harmony with the surrounding Mediterranean nature, and fantastic areas of the complex are waiting for you now: large outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, indoor 18m warm pool, sauna, squash courts, children's playground, beach club, gym and outdoor area with tourniquets, changing rooms, cafe, extensive landscaped garden.
