There is a spacious outside living area overlooking 15 meter infinity salt water pool and the ocean. It has an air conditioned AV/TV room adjacent to the outside living area but also a fully equipped air conditioned gym. Beautiful internal and external landscaping and an infinity water feature. Parking for 2 cars with a discrete laundry area, a separate storeroom, full backup generators and uniformed security.

Our all-weather, floodlit tennis court is open all year round for guests and owners to enjoy. Complimentary rackets and balls are available upon request and we can arrange tennis coaches or playing partners.

All villas have private access to a secluded beach in the Bay with a few steps along the waterfront. The Bay is ideal for snorkeling and lazing in the sun.

Private Nature Area

Beautifully landscaped and cascading down to the sea, the "Big Lawn" is the most spectacular wedding and events space on the island and regularly hosts extravagant celebrations for up to 400 guests. The more intimate "Little Lawn" is located between Villa 20 and the ocean and is ideal for private weddings of up to 50 guests

Estate and Villa Management

All villas are located on the estate which itself is located in the most desirable and convenient northeastern corner of Koh Samui. The estate is managed by a company which is owned by the villa owners and the company not only manages the villa on behalf of the owners, we also ensure that the villas, gardens, pools and common areas are maintained; the villa rental program is efficient and professional; guest stays are well organised and managed and, above all, that our owners' investments are well looked after. It is therefore a very safe and beneficial structure for the villa owners.
