Spectacular 5 Bedroom Star Quality Villa in Phuket

One of the most amazing and probably the most luxurious villas in Phuket, formerly owned by a well-known Russian singer (Grigoriy Leps). This villa was recently completely renovated! Not one centimeter of this house was left untouched!

The following is the testimony of the owner and couldn't better desribe the property in detail:

We bought our villa in June 2016. After we moved in and lived in the villa for a few weeks, we realized that the wooden style inside the villa didnt suit our taste. In order to be completely satisfied with our new home we decided to renovate and modernize the villa to the best of our abilities. We renovated the villa from the floor tiles all the way to the roof, each and every small detail was changed in order to achieve at least 10 years of happiness as we saw it, without any need to change the roof, pool tiles, stairs, furniture, garden, pipes, electricity, etc. All the above was modernised with a touch of class. The previous owner of this villa was our good friend and well-known celebrity in Russia by the name of Grigoriy Leps.
Grigoriy was the owner of this villa for 5 years before we purchased it from him. This was not a permanent home for him, but was used as a vacation home for no more than 1 month a year.

We hired a French design team in Phuket, who started examining each and every centimeter in our villa, noting our suggestions and needs. The French construction company updated and painted the entire roof, to prevent leaking with plastic gutters to avoid rain entering the salas and to be able to take the stairs when the rain becomes heavier. We hired an electrical team to replace and reconnect all electrical cables and to move the electrical box to a different location. The tiles in the swimming pool were also changed.

We removed 4 fifteen meter tall palm trees in the backyard, as there was a danger they could fall on the roof during windy weather. The garden was completely cleared of old brown stones and landscaped with new grass, plants and trees. All wooden floors on the upper and lower floors were replaced with marble, in lower rooms we placed marble on the walls, to prevent any leaking from the swimming pool in the future. All the chandeliers were imported from the US and assembled piece by piece. The purple sofa was also imported. All of the water pipes were replaced. The jacuzzis in 2 rooms were replaced by marble showers. The lower rooms bathrooms were renovated with marble as well. The kitchen ceiling was extended to bring more sunlight into the cooking area. The entire house was repainted with lighter colours in order to make it brighter. The Kitchen was changed from brown wood to a white cream coloured wood.

The sandwashed tiles covering the surfaces outside were replaced with non-slip tiles, and the tiles for the footpath were placed in the garden to make walking through this area more convenient, safe and beautiful, without stepping on the grass. All the stones were replaced in the garden. The television is new. The internet hardware is new. The beds are new. The dining table in the sala outside is also new. The BBG Grill is new. The exterior shower is renovated with modern tiles. At least 10 carpets were purchased to make the floor more comfortable for children to sit and play. The refridgerator is new. Gas cooker and 2 ovens are new. The wooden doors and windows were replaced with alluminium (Sungate company in Thalang). A large wall mirror was installed in lower living room to prevent leaking from swimming pool. All swimming pool systems was reorganized, cleaned and replaced with modern equipment. A metal fence and gates were installed. The remote control garage gates were fixed. We completely renovated the maid's room and a bathroom with new tiles, as well as a new washer and dryer. All air conditioning units were replaced as well. In the garage we competely Erenovated garage floor tiles, ceiling and lighting. We brought more light into garage than it existed before. The curtains are new throughout the villa.

Today we have a much bigger and lighter kitchen thanks to the white wood, and extended roof. We have marble dining and kitchen tables in the kitchen, as well as marble floors that can always cool you down after a long day in the sun. All rock walls were chemically cleaned and sanitized, refinished with the proper cement and painted with grey and gold fragments. The drainage surrounding the house was recemented and painted. This villa will not need any renovations for at least the next 10 years, and was actually our plan, that "for at least for 10 years not to change anything in our home", and I believe we achieved our goal perfectly. This is one of the most expensive and modern villas in Phuket in 2019. The purchase of this villa shouldn't be considered the purchase of a new house, but rather an entirely new lifestyle!
