Guaranteed income conditions: Special offer 7% without payment of additional expenses (NO utility bills, NO service charges, NO fees for housing and territory repairs) for the first 15 years.

SPECIAL OFFER :

OPTION 1: when paying 50% within 30 days after the Reservation, the Buyer begins to receive an income of 3.5% 30 days after payment.

OPTION 2: (ONLY 5 apartments) when paying 100% within 45 days after the Reservation, the Buyer starts receiving 7% income 30 days after payment, as well as 1 week of free accommodation in the Patong Bay Hill-1 complex in low season every year until the moment of completion of construction.

Payment terms: (Completion of construction - December 2021)

- 200,000 + 10,000 Baht - reserve deposit and legal services.

- 40% after signing the Agreement within 30 days from the date of the deposit.

- 20% after the construction of the infrastructure.

- 20% after laying the foundation.

- 10% upon completion of construction.

-10% (less the deposit) after handing over the keys.

Buy back option: available from 10 to 15 years at the original price.

Important: Ability to stay in your apartment for 4 weeks in low season or 2 weeks in low season plus 2 weeks in high season without any additional fees. The owner also has the right to live in his apartment during the peak season, subject to payment of 50% of the current rent.
