Solar energy is stored in rechargeable batteries for use at night to fully provide electricity to your villa. In addition, fresh water in the villas is supplied from wells of underground sources that our designers drilled on the site and is supplied using a special pumping system and filtration in order to avoid water shortages for the residents of the complex in the future due to climate change. All these functions together ensure maximum environmental friendliness without compromising a comfortable life.
All villas are equipped with Daikin Air Conditioning, providing a quiet and energy-efficient VRV air conditioning system.
In all bedrooms and bathrooms, humidity is controlled by the Munters central dehumidification system with low energy consumption.
In each villa we use insulated aluminum double-glazed windows with UV protection, so that the houses are cooler and you are protected from harmful solar radiation.
Each villa is equipped with a sealed water tank with a capacity of 4000 liters, which is replenished from underground wells using special Grundfos pumps and a 4-stage water filtration system.
