Electricity, water, daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The villa is provided for rent in a clean state, with towels and bed linen for 6 people.
Minimum rental period is 7 nights. A deposit of 150 euros is required upon check-in, and it will be refunded to the tenant upon check-out in the absence of any damages or property losses.
