It is a magnificent vacation home with luxurious decor and panoramic windows that provide a unique view from all rooms.

The pool heating system operates during cold seasons, and heating is included in the cost. For guests' convenience, the villa also features a sauna, Turkish hammam, and a billiard table.

FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen - spacious and modern open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, pans, pots, and other kitchen utensils, dinnerware for 10 people. Living Room - offers a view of the sea and nature, furnished with comfortable seating, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 7 people. The windows provide a view of the sea and nature.
