Jouri Hills is a family-oriented community with 294 residences in the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates area. This is the first project in Dubai from Sharjah-based master developer Arada.

A spacious villa can be purchased for a minimum of AED 7.8 million (USD 2.1 million).
In addition to off-plan projects, Jumeirah Golf Estates offers a wide range of ready-to-move-in properties, including Jumeirah Luxury, Sienna Views, Orange Lake and others.
As of August 2023, in the third phase of the project, the starting price for a townhouse is AED 4.9 million (USD 1.3 million), while a villa can be purchased for no less than AED 9 million (USD 2.4 million).
