Christian Calusa is the CEO and founder of OPISAS, an entrepreneur and innovator with more than 20 years of experience in international real estate investment.
He started his work back in the real estate markets of North Africa and the Middle East aimed at international investors in 1999. On August 15, 2008, Christian launched a new project OPISAS, or Overseas Property Investments, Solutions and Services ("Investments in foreign real estate, solutions and services"). Today, 18 OPISAS offices operate on 3 continents, and the agency network has more than 3,000 employees. The company has the status of a knowledge partner of CEPI (European Association of Real Estate Professionals) and is a partner of the world's largest associations in the real estate industry. Since November 2019, it has also become a partner of RGR, the Russian Guild of Realtors.
Christian is a regular participant and speaker at major international events for real estate professionals, primarily in the United States, such as NAR (National Association of Realtors), the annual REALTORS Conference & Expo, the MIAMI International Real Estate Congress, and others. He is also a Vice President of the Monaco Ambassadors Club Worldwide, an instructor at NAR–Italy and an associate member of the Family Office Club, the largest association for managing family office assets.
