The ministry is collaborating with municipalities to identify and curb illegal activities. It is calling for a "reorientation" of the situation, prioritizing housing for permanent residence.
Rental platforms have received requests to provide information about illegal property listings. Collaboration with authorities may be strengthened to more effectively detect violations.
