  • 6
By the end of February, real estate prices in Paris have decreased by 6.6% over the year.

Property prices in France continue to fall, but the dynamics is decreasing. In February 2024, the prices for apartments in Paris have fallen by 0.7% per month and by 6.6% on annual basis. Such data is provided in the report of the appraisal company Meilleurs Agents.

The main trends

  • The average exposure time of objects has become longer. A year ago, it took 59 days to sell a typical home in France, now it takes 77. This suggests that sellers are in no hurry to get rid of real estate at reduced prices.
  • Purchasing power is increasing. At the beginning of the year, many organizations in France increased salaries to the employees. At the same time, mortgage conditions are being relaxed.
